How’s everybody? Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I was busy with so many family events, and am now working on my next video. Meanwhile, I wanted to share a classic fave of mine. I can’t believe how cute this little girl is! NO we’re not related. hahaha She will put a smile on your face guaranteed! She wins the 1st place trophy for CGE. (cutest girl ever)

Typical family discussion.

That would be too much skill if I actually flipped my hair over and curled it for that “auntie” character. People actually thought I took the time for that hairstyle! hahahaha No sireee, I don’t think I’d have the patience, nor would my hair cooperate. That is a wig! Too bad I didn’t notice that I had many a stray hair hanging out of it… ooops. It’s funny that this happens to be the video with the most views so far, yet it’s the one with the worst lighting. I didn’t want the spotlight look from the cheapy desk lamp (ugly shadows)- so I instead shined the lamps up onto the ceiling. When I reviewed the footage, I thought - “ewww… I look gray”, but I just went ahead and posted what I had. I usually like to record during the daytime - but the schedge wouldn’t allow for it. So one of these days, I will get better lighting for those night time recording sessions. My mom’s reaction to the horse story is true! That is what I built the rest of the video around. When she surprised us with that comment about the horse- there was actually a full 2 minutes of silence and shock. WHY of all things would she say that?? Just the funny observations I suppose we ALL make from time to time, but the context in which she said that - made for a classic “mom moment”. It is the norm to have this kind of discussion with the fam. Some are looking at you, but not really paying attention. They’ll make unrelated comments, and just change the subject altogether. It’s funny how blatant some fam will be –by straight out asking about your weight, how much your job pays etc. in front of everybody! Apparently more than a few people can identify with that type of fam interaction. It’s also true that the humongous can of mixed nuts is a staple with the family. I originally was going to title the video something else, but when I shoved the can of nuts to the camera - the label on the can was perfectly positioned so I saw “Mixed Nuts” in the frame. I thought, “now there’s a better title” for this group of characters!
