This man is one of my heroes! After being diagnosed last year with pancreatic cancer, his doctors told him that he’d only live for 3-6 months. Almost a year after that diagnosis, Randy passed away this past Friday, July 25th. In his last months he has been an inspiration to people around the world and his legacy will continue to inspire. He encouraged through what is famously known to be The Last Lecture at Carnegie Mellon University which has also been turned into a book. Here is a shorter version that was on Oprah. In the embedded clip below, Randy tells us what is truly important in life. My prayers are with his wife and three children. His words will cause you to be grateful and happy for every day that you are alive.
